Municipal Engineering

Rii’s Municipal Engineering Division provides quality engineering services for municipal, county, and state agencies; water and sewer districts; colleges and universities; architectural firms; manufacturers; transit authorities; and private developers. Our professional engineers have vast experience working with these entities and have completed a variety of projects involving complete site development, and new design and rehabilitation of utility infrastructure, roadways, bikeway facilities, and parking lots to name a few. From planning, design, bidding, and construction through project closeout, our in-house resources and capabilities provide cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the project.
