As the Construction Manager/Project Manager for this $1 Billion dollar project, AMEC is acting as an Owner’s Representative for the new Pirates PNC Ballpark, a new Steeler’s Stadium, expanded/renovated convention center and all project related infrastructure. Resource International has been contracted by AMEC to provide a Project Manager to assist with the required CM/PM services. Work scope includes program definition, studies, reviews and coordination, project controls, design phase reviews, bidding, project definition, procurement and closeout.
