Construction Management Services

Resource International completed a Task Order Contract for Construction Management Services on $300 million dollar Euclid Corridor project. Resource also served as an additional resource to RTA project managers.

Resource's Team provided project budget development assistance; assistance after each phase, preliminary engineering, design development and final design, and assistance during the construction phase. Deliverables included budget reviews; report of recommended project budgets; design reviews; report of suggestions for improvements for cost-effectiveness and Constructability of project designs; report of conformance to project budgets and schedules; detailed Engineer's Estimates; analysis of contractor's proposed schedules, change orders and claims; and preparation of monthly reports.

Currently, Resource was issued a second Task Order for preparation of independent estimates for the remaining design-phase services for the Euclid Corridor Transportation Project.
