During design, Resource International conducted geotechnical investigations, topographical and utility survey, and mapping. During construction, Resource conducted soils and concrete inspection and testing; steel on-site and fabrication shop inspections; and crack and seismograph monitoring (analysis and recommendations). Resource also conducted subsurface investigations for the tunnel connecting Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital to University Hospital.
