Port Columbus experience
includes our recent contract to provide program management services for
the Port Columbus Airport PMT Contract for the $630 million CIP expansion
of the new terminal, South Runway rehabilitation, interchange (SPUI) and
access road and infrastructure improvements. Rii is a primary team member
of the PMT. Resource will perform various management functions as a PMT
project team member during the programming, preliminary engineering, design
and construction phases of this FAA funded project.
Resource’s
experience related to this project includes our involvement providing
similar services including cost/schedule control, budget analysis, cost
estimates, Master Schedule development, prepare Primavera schedules and
updates, QA/QC reviews, DBE participation, prepare monthly status reports,
submittal coordination, prepare RFP’s, public meeting involvement,
development and management of project management web-based reporting system,
design reviews, constructability reviews, claim reviews, value engineering,
pay application reviews.
Resource will be
a proactive integral team member, which can readily mobilize local personnel
and resources to perform and provide construction management functions
and perform assigned tasks. Experienced personnel will be assigned to
perform design constructability, estimating, administer pre-bid meetings,
RFI’s, coordinate addendum, provide contract recommendations, full-time
inspection, conduct progress meetings, record drawings, pay requests and
project close-out and warranty documentation. Our familiarity with Port
Columbus International Airport will all be an asset to the project team.
