Resource International has been retained by the Ohio School Facilities Commission to serve as one of the six Regional Program Consultants for the Expedited Local Partnership Program. Resource International's assigned region includes over 100 exempted village, local and city school districts. The total number of K-12 facilities in our region is approximately 750 buildings totaling over 34,000,000 square feet.

Resource currently has nearly 30 School Districts that have accepted Final Master Plans and entered in the Expedited Program. As Regional Program Consultants, Resource works with Districts that have accepted Final Master Plans as part of the Expedited Program from design initiation through project closeout. They work closely with District personnel, District Architects/Construction Managers and Ohio School Facilities Commission personnel to ensure that project adheres to the guidelines of the program and that District’s receive maximum credit for their discrete local projects.

Project responsibilities include Ohio School Facilities Commission representation for all matters pertaining to the projects. Work includes initial facilities assessments, master planning, Ohio School Design Manual Design Phase Reviews, budget reviews, project cost accounting/verification, addendum reviews, bid tabulation reviews, contract/purchase order reviews, RFI/bulletin/change order reviews, quarterly cost draw reviews and project closeout.
