This ODOT District 10 Design/Build project provided for concrete pavement overlay for 4.79 miles on IR 77 in Noble County, the rehabilitation of eight structures, the rehabilitation of ramps at two interchanges and other ancillary items such as storm sewer inlets, guardrail, etc. The construction contractor was Shelly & Sands, Inc. of Zanesville, Ohio and the design consultant was Resource International Inc. The $10+ million project was the first Design / Build contract to be awarded in ODOT District 10.
