Resource is currently serving as Construction Manager for Newark City Schools’ Expedited Local Partnership Program. The planned two-phase program will include abandoning nine existing Elementary Schools and one Middle School. Renovations and Additions are planned for four existing Elementary Schools, one Middle School, and one Special Programs Building. Additions and Renovations are planned for the existing High School, along with four new Elementary Schools and two new Middle Schools. Total Master Plan cost for both phases is $134 million.
Resource International
has completed two new elementary schools and one new middle school and
will complete two additional elementary schools in November. In 16 months
of total construction, Resource International will have completed $50
million in total project costs, with two additional renovation and addition
projects underway in 2007 with a complete date of August 2009.
