Construction Management Services

As part of the Smoot/Elford/Resource Project Team, Resource will be providing complete construction management services for Columbus Public Schools’ $1.6 Billion Facilities Rebuilding Program. Resource International assisted the Ohio School Facilities Commission in the creating of the initial Master Plan, performed Assessment Report quality control for over 140 facilities, calculated Warm Safe and Dry requirements, coordinated phasing and swing space calculations and Final Master Plan document preparation and presentation.

As part of the Construction Management Team, Resource International will assist in all project related activities, including design, construction and closeout phases. This program will include seven segments addressing the needs of over 60,000 students housed at over 140 individual educational facilities with estimated program duration of 15 years. As a part of the Construction Manager’s services, Resource International will also assist the Ohio School Facilities Commission in updating the District’s Final Master Plan on an annual or semi-annual basis.
