Construction Management and Geotechnical Services

As the Construction Management firm for the Butler County Correctional Facility, Resource International provided all aspects of construction management services for the pre-construction, construction and transition phases. The correctional facility consists of a new, 412-cell facility, with a total gross building area of approximately 215,000 square feet, to be located on a 15.5+ acre site on the city of Hamilton’s east side. The facility is to meet the 20-year needs of Butler County.

As the geotechnical engineer a subsurface investigation was performed which included 500+ L.F. of drilling and a report with recommendations for foundation design and construction considerations. During construction Resource is also providing material testing and inspection services.
