A managed bid process is conducted, establishing bid strategies, bid packaging, holding pre-bid conferences, evaluating bids and conducting post-bid interviews to assure regulatory compliance of the procurement process and to make the best contract awards.
Resource's Construction Management Team will assure that all contractors, subcontractors and other participants understand the project's requirements; manage the schedule, budget and construction process; maintain a safe workplace for the general public; administer the project reporting; coordinate final closeout, startup and occupancy of owner facilities.
