Construction Management Resource's Construction Management Team provides multiple delivery systems to integrate and manage the specific goals of our clients for successfully constructing and completing their projects. In the pre-design phase our team offers assistance with facility and site assessments, preliminary budgets and master schedules, coordination of community concerns and pre-bond marketing. During the design phase, experienced personnel review site, facility and system design alternatives and perform value engineering, phased estimates and constructability reviews for achieving the most economical and functional facility. A managed bid process is conducted, establishing bid strategies, bid packaging, holding pre-bid conferences, evaluating bids and conducting post-bid interviews to assure regulatory compliance of the procurement process and to make the best contract awards. Resource's Construction Management Team will assure that all contractors, subcontractors and other participants understand the project's requirements; manage the schedule, budget and construction process; maintain a safe workplace for the general public; administer the project reporting; coordinate final closeout, startup and occupancy of owner facilities. |
