As a part of Lancaster City Schools’ ongoing Facility Improvement Program, the District is replacing the existing Tallmadge and Medill Elementary Schools with new, state-of-the-art educational facilities. Located on the same sites as the existing buildings, the $12.5 million, 69,821 SF and $15.8 million and 87,764 SF facilities, respectively, will greatly enhance the quality of the educational environment for the students of Lancaster City Schools.

Resource International, Inc. (Rii) would like to congratulate ODOT District 6 who was recently recognized by the Mid America Association of State Transportation Official’s (MAASTO) 2015 awards in the Under Budget Category for the $149 million, I-71 Golden Spike project. The entire 25-mile project was completed more than $10 million under budget and an estimated three years early, saving taxpayer money and inconvenience to motorists.

When I was asked to write this blog, I loved going back and compiling the firm’s history, events and successes. With a staggering amount of information, six pages to be concise, I realized that it was going to be impossible to give justice to 40 years of business in a short blog. As a compromise, I compiled “Resource International’s Top 40” to count down and reflect our firm’s history.
